Other Professional Services

Accounting, Audit, Tax and Business Advisory services are provided through our associated Audit firm Timkas Limited (Nicosia Office), which is headed by Mr Loizos Timinis B.Sc M.Sc FCA, a registered auditor and finance professional.  Mr Timinis is a UK trained Chartered Accountant with ICAEW and a member of the ICAEW, ICPAC Cyprus and MIA Malta.  He studied Economics at the London School of Economics (B.Sc Hons) and holds an M.Sc degree in Finance from the University of London.  He further held the position of examiner of the ACCA (U.K.) professional exam in Advanced Taxation in the period 2003-2009 and he is currently an examiner in Taxation with a Professional Tax Institute the name of which cannot be disclosed.
